At NYDJ, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. We provide a convenient prepaid shipping label to ensure your return process is as seamless as our slimming technology.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid USPS return shipping label provided at the end of the portal process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place your unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box, and affix the prepaid label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any USPS mail carrier or drop it off at a local Post Office; you will receive an email notification once your refund is processed.
